Born and raised in a small town in North Carolina. I tried every sport that was offered in the area, but wrestling became my passion. I’m a former D1 Wrestler at North Carolina State University. Joined the Army in 2010 as a medic and fell in love with the job. Unfortunately, due to my competitive nature I acquired a few bumps along the way. Being a single fulltime father for many years I wanted my son to see that helping others has its own rewards. That all led me to who I am today and enjoy seeing people succeed and grow in their own physical and nutritional pursuit.
I use an individualized fitness platform that helps me tailor the perfect workouts to fit your needs. I offer in-person or virtual one-on-one coaching, custom programs, and comprehensive progress tracking so you can develop an effective routine that fits your lifestyle and fuels you with the vitality required to conquer your ambitions.
Being a multi-sport athlete, competing at a Division 1 level and being in the Army, makes it clear that fitness has always been a huge part of my life. There have been times where I made fitness a priority and more times when I didn’t. In and out of injuries through college and getting medically retired from the military with multiple bulged and herniated disks and 3 elbow, 1 shoulder,1 Bicep, and a full disc replacement later. I realized that there was only one person who was going to maintain the discipline it took to make healthy life choices, ME. I found a way to fight depression and pain through physical fitness instead of an abundance of medication and adverse side effects. This practice has made me want to help others achieve the same results.
